About me

Support for the Journey

I am delighted to be of service to you along your journey. I have learned many healing modalities over my life thus far and I hold a holistic approach to well being. I grew up in a rustic cabin on an Island in the Pacific Northwest corner of the USA. I spent most of my childhood outside communing with the forest, the animals, the plants and our Earth mother. My connection with the spirit world has been strong my entire life. Seeing spirits, hearing them and knowing things without explanation, has been a part of my daily existence.  What at first created a sense of not belonging, has transformed into a source of strength and power. I have learned how to listen to my inner guidance and stay in alignment with myself more as I evolve. While moving through life, I have amassed a wealth of experience and wisdom that I offer to you as your guide and confidant.

Professionalism

As a professional I uphold your journey and I am here to be of assistance and guidance.  Our sessions are private and your integrity will be maintained at all times. Whether you are on a zoom call, on my massage treatment table or on my schedule awaiting your session, you will be held in deep respect at all times


Educational background

Helen graduated massage school in 1998. She is certified in Vibrational Medicine, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique,  Soul speak, Beyond Quantum Healing. She studied Shamanic Journeywork from Michael Harner. Helen has specialized training in grief work from Roshi Joan Halifax. She is a current student of herbalism.
