24 hour cancellation policy. 100% of the service cost will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. 100% of service fee will be charged for a no show 

All services are professional in nature. All interactions are expected to be respectful, safe and handled with clear boundaries. If these boundaries are violated in a way where one feels uncomfortable, the session will be terminated immediately.

You are willingly seeking sessions and care and will hold harmless Helen Halverson LMT and LightWorks Studios LLC of any and all liability. I acknowledge that the services provided by LightWorks Studios LLC may
include classes, events, and special occasions fascinated by LightWorks Studios LLC or other
businesses that may operate within its facilities. By participating in these classes, I agree that LightWorks Studios LLC and any affiliated businesses shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of your voluntary attendance or participation in any classes, events or special occasions.
