We begin our time together by discussing your body health goals. Once you are settled on the table, I enter the treatment room to start your session with a back exfoliation and hot towel. Your treatment commences and I incorporate whatever modalities you have chosen for your time today. Your session is wrapped up (literally!) with more hot towels. When you are ready to join me back in the waiting area, you will be greeted with fresh filtered water and a brief check in with me.

This treat includes exemplary massage therapy plus 2-3 other modalities that suit your fancy.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 90 mins

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle and rhythmic set of precise strokes throughout the body that are used to encourage the lymphatic system to ramp up its flow. This session is excellent for injury recovery, swelling reduction, weight management, skin health, cellulite reduction, pain easement, and an immune booster. There are many benefits to this very soothing and Light treatment.

A relaxing drift away from your daily routine. Pamper yourself by taking "you time" on my heated, extra cush massage table. Soft healing music will lull you into a deeply restorative space.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping and Massage- Half Body- 60 minute

You will receive a relaxing and effective treatment massage session with TCM Cupping on half of your body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping and Massage- Full body- 90 minute

TCM Cupping is an ancient practice to aid the body in removing toxins, stuck energies and bring imbalances to the surface to be released.
You will receive some massage with a full body cupping treatment focus.
I use plastic and silicone cups, no fire cupping. TCM is perfectly safe, and highly effective treatment. The cups do leave marks and they will resolve within a few days.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping (without Massage)- Full Body - 45 mins

All of the focus is on the many benefits of cupping therapy in this treatment session. No massage therapy is included.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Gua Sha and Massage- Full Body- 90 minute

Gua Sha is an ancient practice of using a tool to rub across the skin at varying depths. This "scraping" is intended to help relieve aches, release toxins to be removed by the body's lymphatic system, heighten immunity, and restore balance. This practice helps improve circulation, increases collagen prodution to keep skin youthful, and relaxes the entire body as well.

Enjoy a longer massage session with the benefits of Gua Sha on your choice of which half of your body could use the attention.

This skin lifting facial brings nutrition to the facial areas and stimulates collagen production. You choose from Lavender creme CBD, coconut oil CBD or massage lotion.

This deeply restorative massage allows the CBD to really sink in and take effect. You will emerge after your session feeling pampered and relaxed.
CBD Massage - Full Body - 60 mins

This relief focused massage treatment uses organic, full spectrum, spygeric CBD oil or creme for your massage. You have your choice between Eucalyptus, Coconut, and Orange Blossom oils, or Lavender or Sports Cremes. These organic CBD products are made by a small business, Happy Buddha Hemp.
Geriatric Massage- 60 minute

This swedish relaxation massage is geared toward the refined client, over 70.
Infant Massage- per minute

This session will be spent talking to caregiver and baby. I will give gentle massage to baby, for as long as the little one allows and is appropriate, for up to 30 mins of massage and chat time. $2.00 per minute.
CBD Massage - add on spot treatment

You may decide to add on CBD oil or creme to your massage treatment at any point. I will happily accommodate 1 or 2 spot treatment areas.
Scalp and Hair Treatment - 20 mins

Your choice of warm avacado or coconut oil with two essential oils blended in. You will drift along with this delicious and hydrating treatment. Neck, decolletage, and scalp massage to ease your stresses away.
Cold Stone Massage- 15 min. Spot Treatment

Cold Stone therapy is great for pain reduction, reducing inflammation, reducing sinus issues, cooling irritated areas and provides the body with a moment to release.

Mobile Services
Mobile Massage Therapy
$20 travel fee
All massage therapy, energy healing and sound bath services can be brought to your home, office, hotel room, airbnb, etc... as long is there is enough room for me and my table and supplies, we are good to go! Let me pamper you in your own space so you can relax and unwind.
Travel service fee is $20 additional, on top of your service fee.
Couples Mobile Massage
Allow me and my fellow massage therapist to come to your place to provide a soothing massage experience.
Mobile services have a $20 travel fee, per person, on top of your service fee.
All respondibility is assumed by the client when receiving massage, energy, sound or other healing modalities. LightWorks Studios LLC and Helen Halverson will not be held liable for any issues that may arise during or after your treatment session. All services are received "at your own risk" and you are responsible to notify your practitioner of any health issues that affect your sessions.
